Day 1: Eating Clean

So today is my first day of Eating Clean. I have managed this diet/lifestyle before (prior to my wedding) and it worked extremely well. However, since then (2 years ago), I have realized that my stressers cause me to overeat. Nothing more, but stress points. My job, my family. Those are the culprits.

I’ve tried Dukan but I can’t handle that much meat (only) and I do like a glass of wine now and again. And I love fruit and oatmeal. Eating Clean seems like the most sensible lifestyle. No fake sugars and limited caffeine. I want to sleep better too! So Eating Clean it is!

Starting Weight: 204 lbs

Starting BMI: 31.9 (yikes)

Height: 5’7”

Goal Weight: 130 lbs

Waist (at bellybutton): 38”

Bust: 40 1/2”

Hips: 43”

Right thigh: 26”

Right calf: 16 1/4”

Left thigh: 26”

Left calf: 16”

Right bicep: 12”

Left bicep: 12”

Current workout schedule: TRX (30 minutes) 1 x week with trainer
